     What a wonderful story!  Before I got sick I was a bit of a "Thesbian" myself.  I was in cast in the role of Little Mary in a production of "The Women" in a Opera House in Texas when I was about 10 years old.  I loved it so much that I took every drama class, and speech class, and was on the debate team in high school.  I did some college theater, and was in a few shows with a local theater company for a bit in Pa.  I thought theater would be a part of my life always, but I guess I was wrong.  Your story was wonderful!  Gene Hackman?  Wow that's great.  Any movie parts I may have seen?  I can see from the things I've read from you that you would  be very funny.  I still smile everytime I think of the face lift comment! 

     I'm very thankful right now that I'm feeling better, my MRSA has cleared up for now, my heartrate is being controlled with the meds and I'm not short of breath, and (drum roll please) My husband wants me to be happy and he has said we will go to Florida for Christmas to see my family, I'm sooooooo excited!  I'm getting my Christmas wish!  Take care skywatcher, have a great Thanksgiving!  I look forward to chatting with you again!

Michelle, That is the highest compliment anyone can make.-Telling everyone what I said. That tells me that I am spreading joy and laughter, That is what I am all about. I know I was put on this earth to make people smile, to love, laugh and spread empathy when the chips are down. It is my calling from a higher being. Someday I will share my 'higher being' stories. But for now, I will be happy to tell you another true life story, I was a fat child with glasses and braces. I was teased and made fun of. I had a good family but my parents faught all the time. I felt like the Ugly Duckling. I would sit bymyself hiding in a closet because I did not want to be found. But the one thing I did have was .. I learned at an early age to become the class clown. When I was teased I became quick witted and threw the one liners back. Annette Funichello - Disney's Micky Mouse Club. I was srat struck and decided then I wanted to entertain and I would never let anyone tease me again. I though. 'Well I will show all of them" I was still very insecure though- inside. But again. I took Drama in school and when I was age 26 with two children, (still insecure) I decided that I would stand up and show the world ' I can make people happy, laugh, and forget their torubles while I was there. It is my callng. ...I became an actress. Not the big time but I have been lucky to work in Movies and I did some Stand-Up Comedy. I met Gene Hackman and he inspired me by my sillyness. _ he nicknamed me Lucy Ball..........So, Lucy stuck and I loved her. She made me laugh.

If I can make your face smile from ear to ear. and People can forget they have illness, Then God gave me something no money can buy or even pay me for. Thank you! I have love in my heart, another joke or two...'

ER.. AH,,, GEEs, the jokes are not abundant tonight. But, Michelle, And Friends, here, Dreams need Action no matter who you are. If there is something you wanted to try. TRY IT.

Thanks for the friendship request.  I'm still laughing from the "laughing is a good facelift, wish my butt had a sense of humor" comment!  I told my husband, my mom, some of my co-workers, it has got to be one of the funniest statements I've ever heard!  I'd love to be your friend, I'll never need a facelift! :0)  Thanks for the friendship and I hope to chat with you some more!  Michele

I WAS THINKING OF CHANGING MY CAREER. TRUE STORY,...........WHILE i WAS ON TOUR AT THE SAN FRANCISCO CULINARY ACADAMY.. I WAS ON A TOUR WITH THE NEW PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS.

I BEGAN A CONVERSATION WITH A MAN WHO  DECIDED TO CHANGE HIS CAREER. WE STRUCK UP A CONVERSATION AND WALKING INTO THE BREAD AND BAKING DEPT. I ASKED HIM WHAT PROFESSION HE WAS IN. HE SAID, OH, I AM A HEART SURGEON.... I TOOK ONE LOOK AT THIS HANDSOME DOCTOR AND SAID.

WHY, DOCTOR, YOU CAN MEAND MY BROKEN HEART AND WE CAN MAKE A LOT OF DOUGH TOGHTHER! DARN, HE WAS MARRIED. ! oH, WELL, LIFE GOES ON AND WE MAKE IT A BIT BETTER BY MAKING OTHERS SMILE -MUCH AND A LOT. kEEP SMILING EVERYONE. GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO I!

GEES, GETTING OLDER IS SUCH A DRAG- EVEN MY GYNOCOLOGIST HAS TO WEAR A CRASH HELMET! :)
