I travel weekly for work, up at 3:am to catch a plane. I am a contract medical auditor (CRA) for pharm.companies auditing their clinical trials at doctors offices across country.  I love my work, the travel gets old, but its part of my job.  I find it difficult and hard to fit excercise into my daily routine.  I do eat ok on the road, do not binge, its the excercise I cannot seem to work into my schedule.  My down time is relaxing at home around the pool and walking with my friend Leslie.  We try and keep each other motivated w/excercise when I am at home.
