- In a blender , combine 3/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup lowfat/fatfree yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (fatfree)soymilk
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1tablespoon honey.
Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately. Serves 1
