Great Healthy Breakfast

Four Healthful "superfoods"- soy, blueberries, yogurt, and orange- make this a nutrient-packed breakfast. For a extra boost, blend in a handful of spinach leaves.

SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE

  • In a blender , combine 3/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup lowfat/fatfree yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (fatfree)soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1tablespoon honey.

Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately. Serves 1
