I am a health freak! I am a mom, w/ 2 boys. They keep me active but stressed alot of times. I have to say that my kids are my # ONE. They changed the way I live my life(health wise). I am home alot and so I struggle with eating healthy when Im bored. I love to EAT and try new kinds of foods. I love anything outdoors(playing football & soccer w/ kids). I love to laugh and smile. My goal is to live each day healther than the day before and still enjoy everything I do.

My 6yrld son with severe ADHD
Well My son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 3. And now he is 6. He was taking 10 mg. for 2 years and now the school said he was getting outa control, so the doctor upped it to 15mg. His teacher said he has got worse and no sign of improvement after being on 15mg for a month. I wander if this is a normal dose for this age ?Or could it be...
Great Healthy Breakfast
Four Healthful "superfoods"- soy, blueberries, yogurt, and orange- make this a nutrient-packed breakfast. For a extra boost, blend in a handful of spinach leaves. SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE In a blender , combine 3/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup lowfat/fatfree yogurt 2 tablespoons (fatfree)soymilk 2 tablespoons orange juice 1tablespoon honey.
