I have TMJ. Braces helped me. A friend of mine told me she went to a physiotherapist and there

are neck and faces exercise you can do to relive the pain. I find ice packs help also.

I have TMJ and the botox injections will be used as a last resort after all other traditional methods have been exhausted and failed to help. Which treatment(s) have your tried?
