Hello! My name is Shawna and I live in North Idaho. I am 43 years old and 5' 8" tall. I currently weigh 228 pounds. I have 5 children, ranging in ages 5 all the way to 26! I had two back surgeries in March and April of 2010. Since then, my weight has rapidly increased. I have found myself getting lazier and feeling unhealthy. I do very little to exercise and really want and need to get busy! I live out in the woods about 45 minutes from the closest "major" city. I also go to College online full time. This also adds to my sedentary lifestyle, I believe. Some of my interests are: camping, reading, reality tv, and craft making. My goal is to lose 50 pounds within 6 months, but I hope to see that weight loss happen before then! I also hope to meet others in my situation so that we can "motivate" one another along the way! I am excited about this plan !!
