I have ordered the book and DVD.  It can't get here soon enough.  My amazing husband said he will do it with me.  I am so blessed.  I know the Lord lead me to watch Dr. Phil today and I am going to make this change.  I am worth this and I will achieve my dream of being a normal weight once again.  God give me the ability, strength and confidence to know that I can do this.
