Hello,

While I sympathize with you and your accident, I personally have very weak ankles and have been in Z-COILs

for over 6 years. Before Z-COILs I would twist my ankles regularly, but I have never twisted my ankle in all 

this time while wearing them, and I personally recomment them to anybody with ankle problems.  Thanks, FM
