thanks sarah for the help.sorry it took me so long to get back with you.i love veggies ...in fact so much i would rather have a veggies all on a plate and just eat ..fruit my favorite..all kinds of fruit...i do take a multi viatmin but someone told me you don't really need that if your eating right...i would think i get enough activity going ..i hit the gym 3-4 times a week...do a little coaching with the girls softball ...15-17 age group man are they a hand full...no one told me girl athletes gets cramps...and when they do they can play well and everything and i have to put subs in and make changes and etc and im going on and on and next yr..it will be the boys i coach ,now if any of those come down with stomache cramps then i wil quit.....anyway anymore advise let me know its great talking to you...mike...ps my age well i'll let you guess that ..lets say i remember the shows like donny and marie ,wonder woman ,happy days ,archie bunker's place and etc....later mike
Defentilly cut out the beer right away! There are tons of calories in beer even the light beer plus it has yeast in it and alchol slows down your metabolism! and yes you should look at calories on the boxes but a good idea is to go down the frozen isle and look for the diet meals like lean cusine smart ones and healthy choice and they have the calories for the whole meal right on the frount of the box! I eat cereal (special K with strawberrys) in the morning with fat free milk. but you also need to eat alot of fish and chicken and lots of dark greens and portion is everything if you over eat it will pack on the weight thats why I love the frozen meals they control what you eat so you dont have to guess!! I dont eat more than 250 in one meal that way I can have a snack (like grapes, watermelon, carrotts, cucumbers, fat free yogert with apples, or an orange, Salsa is good for you too... You should go to a low calorie website before you go shopping and make u a list and it will be easier for you! and make sure you take a multi viatmin I like GNCs energy pak they have them for men and women, I dont know what green tea does for you exactally but I think it gives you energy and it keeps you healthy... I will look it up online and find out... How old are you anyways?????
wow that is really great ...now, i heard so much about green tea, what does that do for you in the way of losing weight..now that you have told me calories intake is very little and 1700 isn't much and i guess along with excerising it can control or lose weight for you...i need to drop 15 lbs im 220 6feet i work out at the gym walk a lot but can't seem to get to 205 where the doctor wants me...of course i'm a little older then you but i will try to do the calorie count....you said no soda that really means no for beer...yea after a good workout and sweat a nice cold beer sure taste good.....especially after coaching a baseball game for the 10 to 14 olds... hey do you look at all the foods for the calories i mean how do you shop i usually shop for what i like and if i have to read the back of every product it would take me all week to shop any advise
Right now I weigh 125 and I want to stay here cause I got down to 119 and it was way to small my bones were sticking out lol.. I am 5'5 If I start seeing my weight creep up I just lower my calorie intake right now I am eating about 1500-1700 calories a day and still lots of water and no sodas even diet are bad for u!! I also drink lots of green tea!!
wow that is great especially you stayed with it....enjoy your new found life...full of energy is just what your girls need from their mom.....now the hardest part is staying on the wagon...the way you sound i know your not falling off.......what weight are you goaling for?.....how tall are you?.......
It wasnt easy trust me!! my modivation was my two girls!! I was obease and my doc wanted to put me on blood pressure meds I was only 27 and way to young to be put on pills when I knew I could controll it! So what I did was lower my calorie intake to 1,000 a day I cut out all red meat and ate alot of fish and chicken and I ate alot of salad and veggies and a ton of water!!!!! I put 1 calorie spray on my salad instead of ranch I dont eat alot of bread or pastas just natural stuff it took about a week to detox my body of all the bad toxins and after a week I started to have a ton of energy and then I started walking and bike riding and running after a two yr old helps too. I just wrote dowm everything I ate on calorie counter.com which was great!!! It took me about 8 months to loose it all and I didnt cheat that is probably why it came off so fast!
congrats on losing 85lbs how long did it take you and what were the ingredients for the losing...like diet along with exercise ,let us know....did you have help like someone pushing you maybe boyfriend husband girlfriend..what was your motivation ok give me a holla...mike from philly....
The problem you are having with your picture is due to the underscore _ at the end of the filename. The name must end in either a letter or a number. Renaming the file before you upload it will correct the problem. I repaired this photo for you. Please add the name or tags that were lost when I fixed it.
