I had stitches in my head just once in the scalp. It was awfull! Couldn't wash my hair for a week. I split my head open by hitting my head on a corner of a shelf that I was under. I am gracefull that way!

Yes, take of your leg. I broke my foot in 2003 and although I went to a doctor it hurts me to this day!!

Dearest Sarah, my mom and dad both drank a lot and they separated after my mom started cheating.  She got pregnant once and then again and that was the last straw I guess for my dad.  He met someone else and didn't look back.  My mom had many miscarriages in her life as well as having nine live births.  My heritage is Irish and German.  We are Catholic and before 1960 there was not much you could do for birth control.  In the catholic church they frown on it and so there you go.  I have two great kids, one boy 18 and the other, just turned 15 yesterday.  The older one is in college locally and the younger one is in ninth grade.  Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ.  You mist find it in you to celebrate.  your dad looks down on you now with nothing but fondness and loving.  He does not want you to feel as though you did anything to let him down.  You have to pick yourself up and start again. You have so much of your life left to live.  Have a good night and I will talk to you more soon.  What was going on with my parents didn't affect me much.  I kind of got lost in the shuffle.  My mom quit drinking when I was ten and she died at the age of fifty of emphysema and chronic bronchitis.  from smoking.  Take care, Bobbie
