I wish I had some medical advice for you, but I am not a doctor.  What I will do is pray for your husband and for you as  you go through this very scary time.  I don't know what your faith is, but I believe in a God who loves us all and cares about our EVERY NEED.

I do think your husband should see a doctor ASAP, even if you don't have insurance right now.  If you're not happy with the doctor he has seen previously, get a second or even third opinion.  His health is too important.  As far as the medical costs go, a lot of times you can get discounts through "charity care" or get on a reasonable monthly payment plan.  In the big picture, health is the most precious thing we have and certainly worth investing in.

well went to the er and it went just like we knew it would. all lab results come back normal and the doctor said he was find and we wasted our time there :( so he just wrote a promethazine scrpit and sent us on our way. im very upset and worried. they wouldnt even call a gi doc to come see him. so im not sure what to do. this is the same thing as last time just a lot worse we could really use sopport and or ideas or someone that has the same issue and had it fixed let us know please thank u

well last night dwaynes throat started to swell up. he couldnt really breathe and today its so swollen he cant eat. also he is spitting up blood so i think he has cut his esophogas and its bleeding and making his stomach sick and when he barfs it just makes it worse. im really scared now bc he cant eat. i dont know the er has made it clear he is fine but he isnt im so scared his throat is gonna completely shut and die of not having oxygen so once again please give input

I don't think that's a good ER then. I'm sorry about your husband. I hope he feels better soon.

hi guys we went to another er and we found some answers !!!! he does not have a blockage his ulcers are acting up big time and the swelling of the thorat was the throwing up and he just scratced his throat we got some pain nausa pills and an inhaler till we get to a gi doc so we are gonna be ok i will keep everyone updated and thank u for the prayers and thoughts :)

The only thing I can tell you, is to search his symptoms on the internet until you find someone who has experienced something simular and you may have to travel somewhere if you can find a specialist that has the knowledge to treat such an illness. DONT GIVE UP- I will be praying for both of u! never give up!!!!!!
