Day 30 down 15 lbs!

I am happy with my progress.  My jeans are not skin tight on me anymore!  I have followed the diet protocol pretty well except I dont drink the hot lemon water in the mornings.  I have a cup of black coffee with Truvia.  I have also bought some skim milk because there is NO acidophilous milk anywhere in my town!  I wanted to make the berry custard.  It is in the recipes message board.  I will have some for breakfast tomorrow morning.  Other than that, I have followed Dr. Mike's plan.  I cant wait to start Cycle 3 in 5 more days!

Hi,  I am just starting and I am so glad to hear someone else does not drink lemon water.  It is too hard for me to swallow!

thank you so very much.  I was reading about people looking at the recipes and never bothered ot ask where they are.   I told my fiance about the lemon, garlic tilapia and she said ' do we have any tilapia?'  She never liked fish until this diet and now she is cooking everytime when we have fish for dinner.

On my Day 30 I was also down 15lbs!!  I drink hot green tea with lemon in the am.  I have cheated a little on the diet, but I am still happy with my progress and will start Cycle 3 on Sunday.  Congrats to you!!
