I am having fun with this diet. I am trying some new and different food combinations. Yesterday i was running late for work and didnt have time to cook my usual eggs for breakfast. I had to think quick and grab something I could eat in the car on the drive to work. I put some LIVE ACTIVE cottage cheese, nofat vanilla yogurt and about a cup of blueberries in a cup. I grabbed a spoon and off to work i went. I mixed it all together and it was really tasty! I have never been a fan of cottage cheese, but mixed with a little nofat vanilla yogurt , its not bad at all. In fact, i had it again this morning for breakfast!
