Enjoyed the recent show on menopause madness. Finally someone is making sense of this MADNESS. I have been struggle for so long. There is no embracing weight gain, memory loss, anxiety and lack of passion in life. It can't be that easy... oh it's menopause. Well YEA! so am I just suppose to live with it? Allow my life to be altered like this. I am not me; I am empty; I am overweight; tired and have current anxiety which was never part of my life. I am willing to try anything. Drs seem to want to treat symptoms and they can go on and on... until finally.. you're dx'd with depression... no wonder havin been led down this journey of one thing after another. Why can't it be simple? Why can't it have solutions or remedies? Why aren't we talking about it more? I read the blogs, mainly women in their 40's. well, when I was in my 40's my life was grand! prepare yourself because it's what it is going to take to continue the grandeur. I think I will even buy his book.  Thank you for having this show on this very important topic. p.s. I was a bit put off by the conflict of opinions but isn't that what all this is... opinion. so let us Menopausal women try to reconnect. Hearing that I need to embrace this is bad medical advice.
