Figured it Out????

I think I've been slipping a bit- been hungry at night again and I think Ipinpointed my problem.  As time has gone on I have not been eating as many salads and fresh veggies with meals during the day- probably not getting in enough real food and hence have been hungry at bedtime.  This slowly snuck up on me and it's time to make adjustments.  It's also effecting my sleeping- well will make sure I add and eat salads including the good oils back into my diet-  will save a probiotic serving for my last snack as well -  we'll see if this gets me back on track- worked too hard get this far (down about 20 lbs and people notice ) and blow it all----will keep my blog up to date to document my progress for myself and my friends.

I think self analazation like that is going to be key not only for loosing the weight but keeping it off.  Good for you.  20 pounds that is great.
