OK so it's 2/5 and I decided to step on the dreaded scale- I was skeptical because for some reason I was more hungry this week than previous and I think I ate more- though all meals and snacks were from the diet. I lost another 4 or 5 lbs and am now down to 191. I don't feel much different which is kind of weird-but I am energetic and did teach one extra cycle class this week. I think I am going to stay on cycle 2 for another week at least! Well off to grocery shop and cook good things to bring for all at a superbowl party I was invited to. I am not going to tell them it's halthy food and we'll see what my buds say- can't wait to see them - a few haven't seen since I was about 25 lbs heavier-.
I like the idea of blogging results seevral times a week. It makes it more fun than keeping a food log and keeps me on track. Hope all my pals are doing well.

I have been feeling this extra hunger this week too, and always late at night. Go to bed before midnight? Yeah, but I don't wanna!
Sme here- it's always at night- I think I have to concentrate on making sure I eat enough during the day - and once again begin drinking more water and tea. Come a long way and don't want to regress. Also been suffering from insomnia this past week- sure that doesn't help.
