On cycle 2 here- should be going to cycle 3 soon but going to stay here a while until I lose 5 more lbs. No new losses but no new gains-thinking of going back to cycle 1
Physically feel good but have plataued and it's beginning to get frustrating. Going to continue to step it up a bit at the gym tonight-
