I am a 53, soon to be 54,year old woman. I feel younger than my age, but then again,what does a 53 year old woman feel like. I like to think that I do not look like I am 53, but I probably do.  I have a few wrinkles and my skin is not as elastic as it once was. I don't wear makeup or use hair dyes just go as God made me,plus I've earned the gray hairs so why cover them up.  I clean houses for a living, hard work, lots of bending, stretching and scrubbing.I use only natural products to clean with.  I am healthy, but need to tone up. Rarely sick, occasional cold or sore throat.  Use homeopathics,herbs and supplements, along with a healthy diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  I believe in bio-identicals and have been using them for approximately 3 years with no problems. I live in the country, next door to my son and daughter-in-law as well as my parents.  Have 7 cats and started an organic garden last year. will continue that again this year.  My husband and I built a straw bale house and have been living in it since 1995.
