I'm 73 years old and in great health. I take NO prescription drugs, only supplements and an occasional antihistimine or ibuprofen. Two years ago I was in great shape, working at a job I loved in the plant/nursery business. I left the job because I was afraid the heavy lifting and pulling 500-800 lb carts was ruining my hands. Since leaving the job I have gained weight and my muscles have become flabby. I want to return to the great shape I was in (I've joined the gym).

I love interior design, remodeling, gardening and hiking, although I haven't been hiking for a few months; I have two great tuxedo cats. I moved to WA from the Houston, TX area three years ago. I love this state! There's so much to do and see. I'm not a night person because I don't like to drive at night. I like to shop discount stores and online to buy 'stuff' for my new apartment. Not a clothes horse...casual is my style!
