Hi, my name is Rosy Arvizu, I am married with children ages 21 and 12.  I reside in Tucson, Arizona. I am a  stay at home mom. I workout 5 day week. I am 45 years old 5"2  weight 142. I am of hispanic desend. I am also getting hot and cold flashes, is that normal for my age? I have also noticed pain in my fingers joints. Can you help me please?
