i love my life! im a peoples person. i live in south africa. am 54 years old. into healthy foods. not a very sporty person, but i do walk often and do heavy manual housework. i NEVER miss the doctorrs programme. ive learnt so muuch from it. i suffer from stomache ulcers. i have had 3 ulcer operations already.my stomahe is three quarter plastic. lol. but still i still suffer from severe pain. i am on nexium permanently. and i also have a lazy bowel and a colon problem. i have to take laxitives every night. please can you tell me if this is a bad thing.i dont  drink enough liquids beccause it makes me feel so bloated and uncomfortable.roughedge is out of my diet! i have been told not to eat any of this by my surgeon! AS I CANT BREAK IT DOWN.the bile has been redirected straight to my bowel. so i think (NOT SURE ON THIS) that my food is not been broken down sufficiantly. please  advise me on this. many thanks Rose Van  Tonder......from SOUTH AFRICA.
