Hello, am a 20 year old Lebanese male, living in Beirut.
the first thing that comes to my mind when i fill and about me is "Athlete". Sports is my life, and to be precise, basketball ! I live for this game! keeps me going when am down. keeps me in shape. I make a lot of friends through it too. in short, it's my thing!!
second comes music, am a Metalhead. I like core slamming hard ass music cuz it makes me feel good, a stress reliever!! try it !! i personally recommend Opeth ;)
moving on, I work as a web editor in a nature conservation center in the American University of Beirut. the center is called IBSAR. Plus i own my personal web/blog called home of sports medicine and exercise physiology. I talk about the science behind workout, nutrition, and similar stuff.

what exams?
Thanks for the motivation.....I love getting out to walk, but can't over-do it because of the damage that was done during the first 2 surgeries on my hip. I can try but when I force it i run into problems. But I appreciate the encouragement! I will make a point to get out everyday though! How are you these days?

thanks for the advise. my injury is a herniated disk in the L4 L5. i had surgery last july. they removed it and put in pins ans screws to let the bones fuse back together. i want to try and start exersising again. so i just do not know where to start with this kind of condition. thank you for any advise you can give me
