My name is Robin Lambert and we own Red Sky Farm

We have a small vegtable farm in Oklahoma and we are striving to grow veggies that are heirloom varieties plus working on establishing herbs both culinary and medicinal. We sell at our local farmers market as well. We also raise our own animals to provide us with food for our table.

I am striving to become self-suffient as much as we can.

My style is comfort. I want people to see me as clean,  neat but not gaudy.

I don't wear makeup if I can help it and I don't spend alot of time doing my hair. I quick brush-through and a scrunchy to put it up out of the way and I'm off.

I try not to buy things for friends, but make a batch of cookies or something I cooked or canned up in the kitchen Or I give something I have grown from my garden.

A canning jar filled with homemade yummy stuff with a pretty cut piece of fabric on the lid makes a cool gift.

I feel that true gifts from the heart that are handmade are so much more appreciated, It tells that person that I have taken the time to make something special just for them as well as given the gift.

What I love about life is the hummingbirds fighting me for rights to be in my Okra patch when the plants are in full bloom, When my chickens follow me around the yard talking to me, looking down a row of bean plants fully loaded with beans waiting to be picked.

Living simple is who I am and is very rewarding.
