HAIR

hello how are you ? I have a greasy (oily) hair, and i have a problem with it ... its not growing, everytime i try to get it to grow longer i have to cut because its ends are ruined, and dead, and doesnt look nice ... its very oily, i wash it and on the 3rd day its oily again ... i tried every possible treatment but its not working, its not growing ......
