I am using the Move It and Lose It program, http://www.sharecare.com , as a resource to help with my weight loss. This is from the website: "Dr. Oz has teamed up with Sharecare and the Nike SPARQ Training Network to offer you a user friendly and comprehensive 11-week program tailored to you and your health and fitness goals. Through this interactive platform, we provide you with the tools you need to succeed during this complete nutrition, exercise and coaching program". Using an interactive menu, you can set up an exercise program and personalize it for your needs. There are videos of each exercise, too. They also have coaches on there that can answer questions, and a food and exercise log, too. It is a great resource.
