I'm excited to lose some weight.  I live alone and grab what is easy to eat.  I am an educator and spend a great deal of time at a desk and in front of a computer.  I try to walk on my treadmill at least a mile five days a week.  Eating fruits and veggies is difficult though because I have a chronic illness that reacts to a lot of fiber.  I would like to lose 15-20 pounds.  I understand that that's not a huge amount to lose but it's getting motivated and changing the way I live.  I'm 64 and have always been pretty active.
