Yesterday (1.24.2011) was my first day on the diet. I was actually skeptical about what I had to eat and wondered if I would be starving by the end of the day. I followed my instructions to the letter and I also went for a 20 min walk last night. Nevertheless, I did well and was not hungry at all.
This Morning (1.25.2011) I had 6oz. of plain L/F yogurt w/a small grapefruit and a cup of green tea and Im getting ready to eat a small apple for a snack. So far so good, it must be the green tea that curves my appetite... I'm so looking forward to weighing myself in tomorrow moring
One last thing, I woke up feeling great this morning with lots of energy... other days, I wake up tired and lethargic and have loss of concentration and I know it has to do with what I eat the day before.

That's awesome. There will be some days when your energy ebbs. I just add alilttle more protein. This is really curbing my appretite for junk food and believe me, I loved it!! Hangin there!
