About Me
I turned 50 in May. I have been post menapausal for 3 years. I had lots or issues with menapause but finally found a great Dr. who put me on vitamins and bioidential hormones and now I feel fantastic. I was an emotional eater. When I turned 50 I hired a personal trainer. I have lost inches but not weight. I tried to make small changes such as eating more fruits and vegetables but that was not enough. I started the 17 day diet 1 week ago and I have lost 4 lbs so far. I like the prospect of this diet because I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I don't have to give up everything for ever. If I keep my eye on the prize (being fit and healthy) the rest will come.
