I am a single mom of three great children ages 12, 13, and 22. I am also a business owner who has the privilege of working at home, which is perfect as a single mom.  I am an exercise addict and live a very healthy lifestyle.  I am determined to win the battle against aging and take great measures to preserve my health. I am not going down without a fightJ.

I am always interested in keeping updated on nutrition, exercise, and medical advancements.  Living a low maintenance lifestyle is important. I value my free time with my kids family and friends.  We are living in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, so we like to escape to Arizona, California, and Florida during the cold months.  I recently discovered “The Doctors”, while listening to a commercial.  I love this show!!!  I now have my TiVo set to record every show and I now enjoy watching it while relaxing from a busy day.  Watch out Oprah!! 

I am passionate about life, family and friends.  The last thing I purchased for a friend was a digital photo frame, which I uploaded with pictures from the great times we have shared together as friends.  What a great invention!!
