Celiac's Disease

Celiac's is an auto immune disease that can be difficult to diagnose, but can cause many health issues. I was diagnosed about a year and a half ago and learned how many people in America are affected by it. It would be helpful to learn more about the diet, its affects, and overall connection to health. How eathing gluten-free foods and raising awareness can be helpful to anyone! Wegmans supermarket has made having the disease and eating helpful, but dining out and knowing ingrediants that have Gluten can be complicated!!!! You show is always informative and this seems to be a hot topic!!!
