I have been in healthcare for almost 40 years.  i am currently working 3 -14hour night shifts in a row.  A killer for anyone but very difficult at my age.  I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis so I really am working to lose weight and feel better.  I have 4 grown children and many wonderful Grandchildren. I am a strong Christian.  I want to feel better and, of course look better. Am hoping to meet friends here for encouragement. love the show and find lots of helpful info.
