About Me
Until my forties, I was very active and then life slowed down and I gained a hundred pounds. Now I"m 65 and want to be healthy. I was a music teacher and singing and dancing with children kept me positive and upbeat. I want a stronger body. I know I can't be what I used to, but at 225 pounds and only 5 '1', I can barely keep up with my grandkids. ENERGY, MORE ENERGY. Can it happen at this age?
