I am a Passion Party Consultant, and absolutely love my job! I get to help women learn about themselves, and help them work on making their relationships more intimate, while having a party! You can't get a much better job then that!

I've done 4 years of Psychology so far, and am now working on a Business degree. I am very passionate about Psychology, I love to listen to people's stories. Every story is unique, and always riveting.

I live in the Vancouver area, in British Columbia, Canada. (Which is on the West Coast, connected to Washington State)

A bit more indepth blurb about myself:

In February of 2008 I woke up to an intense stabbing pain on the left side of my abdomen. I just assumed it must have been a cyst that ruptured (again) and that it would pass in 72 hours. It didn't. Though I was told that I had mono, I had already had to drop out of the semester, so it didn't really faze me.

Over a year later, I have had 2 surgeries. Gone through about every possible medication cocktail you can come up with, been to numerous doctors, have had every test imaginable. And nothing. Well, to give them something, we did finally find a cocktail that works, discovered it 2 weeks ago: Long acting morphine, break through pain morphine, gaba-pentin, diclophenac, and zopiclone. 

To be fair, apparently there was only a 30% chance that they would find out what was wrong. The next step is to see a pain management specialist, so I can learn how to live with the pain.

Describe your sense of style:

At one time I would have been able to tell you that I was very stylish. Business stylish most likely. I like a lot of black, and just love jewel tones. I love dressing up in evening gowns and going to the opera, and I believe everyone needs an excuse to dress up once in a while

Unfortunately, my style has diminshed after spending over a year almost bedridden. So its been a lot of comfy pants so it won't aggravate my abdomen, with a tank and hoodie.

Explain what you love about your life:

Well, one thing I definitely love is my support system Jeromy, my hero, my partner, my lifeline. Having him with me, makes everything I go through, worth every ounce of pain.

I love that no matter what happens to me, I can always find something positive about it later. I can take myself out of the picture, look at it logically and point out that "yay that so sucked... but... look how it formed my character this way so much better, or look how that can help me relate to that person or this person. So often we don't take into consideration, that our strife now, may help someone later. And I'm sooooo grateful I learned that at such an early age of 22.

I love that I can sit in silence, and not let it bother me. I do not need the tv on for background noise, nothing. Its a great feeling to have, especially in a conversation. Sometimes you can hang out with someone, and just enjoy their presence, you don't have to talk, talk, talk.

What's the last thing you purchased for a friend?

My friend and I walked into this amazing little pastry shop, and we just drooled just looking! She didn't have any money to buy anything, so she just browsed. I looked around, and bought a few things. When we got back to the car, I gave her one of the pastries I had seen her looking at.

I love love love spontaneous gifts, whether I'm getting it, or giving it. If you see something, and it just screams someone's name, why don't you just go ahead and buy it for them if you can! Put aside that extra pair of shoes you were going to buy but didn't really need, and buy this fun item for your friend because you know she'll love it, just because it screams "HER!!"      (Oh, and I'm not a femininest, so please assume I meant male and female, not just female. I just used female because that was the last person I bought something for!)
