I have a BS degree in Respiratory Therapy. I worked as a licensed Respiratory Therapist for over 10 years in the NICU, ICU and ER. I am now a senior midwife student. I will take my board exams in February and will be opening a birthing center in Texas. I have seen a lot of false and inaccurate information given out on this show, especially the show about homebirth. That show was not based on fact at all but rather Dr. Masterson's personal opinion. You said you are a nurse and have worked in the hospital so you must know that not all doctors are good doctors and Dr. Masterson ranks right up there in my opinion as one of the worst doctors I have ever heard speak.

I have stopped watching this show because frankly I have better things to do with my time but I check out this board to see if I can help anyone with their medical questions especially in regards to pregnancy or birth because this show is not giving good information, especially in those two areas.
