Don't Quit!

Hello Everyone, I am wanting to respond to a few posts on discourgement as of late. Don't Quit, as a nurse I have seen and been on many programs myself.  I know fluxuations are disheartening, thsts why you have to start a "new diet" to begin with. Due to the fact sometime somehow we have all been derailed only to gain back what is lost and the need to look again for the new thing.

I say this to everyone in love, Do NOT Weigh daily! Unless you are a heart patient there is no reason for a daily torture of up one down one.

You can be one pound heavier for many reasons. Water being the main reason, and this is a fluctuation no matter how well you eat or how svelt your frame. Weight is so touchy, your cycle if your a woman affects it , exercise amount, fluids intake.... etc.... There is always going to be something.
Look toward the long term loss, weigh once a week, be mindful of the time your weighing when you do weigh. Do it on the same scale in the same clothing(or none is best)

Lets face it we have enough looking at us to fail, don't buy into it! You CAN do this and will lose weight and overall this should be looked at as a 42 day diet as that is the 3 phases before leveling out. If someone had told you it was a 42 day diet instead would you still do it? I would its worth it, I am tired of being fat.

Much love and luch to ALL!

Thanks for the weigh in advice.  I am guilty of being attached to the scale.  I am going to try really hard to hold out until next week.  Gosh if I can avoid all of the snacks and sweets, you would think I could forgo the scale.
