It seems like it's been ages since I've logged into this site. I have been horrible following the diet...but...I've started over...AGAIN! This is my third time trying the diet and I don't understand why I am having such a hard time. You can eat a ton of food on this diet and still see the number going down on the scale, so yeah, I don't know what my problem is! I filled my fridge with plenty of veggies this weekend and even bought an eggplant for the first time. There is a recipe in the book for egg plant parm for cycle 1 and I am going to try it this week. My first time around on the diet I made it to day 10 without cheating once...and the scale really showed it. The second time around I only last about 6 or 7 days and the bad stuff starting filling my face again. So, please pray with me that I am able to do it this time. Current weight as of this morning...163.8! I long for the day I have to complain that my clothes are too big instead of having to go out and buy even more fat clothes because my current fat clothes don't fit anymore...uggghhh! I do believe, I could start a small used clothing store with all the different sizes I have in my closet! Any tips, tricks, or advise on how to actually stick with this would be great! Until tomorrow....
