Hi, I am a 44 year old female, weighting 190, I have brown eyes and indian color skin, I am 5 8"  , I love the out doors and enjoy walking, singing, dancing, and reading. I spend most of my time in the computer, i search for health and fitness tips and exercises. My weight is an issue to me and I have been fighting it for about six years now, I have managed to loss 60 pounds, but I can't seem to sheed the other 30 pounds that I want.  I enjoy almost anything, live is beautiful and I love nature. I am a sensitive person, very loving and kind, understanding, I always try to see the best on people and to put myself in there shoes so that I can be more sensitive to the reasons they act the way they do. I have a friend that has had a hard life, and I try to help him in all I can. I bought him an Ipot for christmas and he was so happy. It really felt good to see the smile in his face.
