At the end of the day I truly believe water is still the best drink...you can flavor it naturally by creating a spa water. Putting water into a large pitcher and adding lemons, cucumber, berries or melons. Unless you are training you really don't need the electrolytes to hydrate from the Vitamin waters and the like....
