About Me
I am a 47 year old female. I have 4 grown children, 8 grandchildren , and 1 on the way. They are all very special to me. I have been divorced for several years, but have just begun to start the new phase of my life, without any of my children living at home.
I love working with plants, trees, gardening. I enjoy writing and reading, walking and exercising (when able), and creating and cooking healthy food. I love to walk and pick wild flowers. I like nature. I enjoy dancing (at home) when i'm feeling my best. ( Which is not that great anymore), And spending time with my family and friends. I have to have my morning coffee, and I enjoy going out with friends for coffee or a meal sometimes. I just moved from the country to an apartment, so i'm trying to get used to the move.
I have a muscle problem, from a health condition, which causes periods of extreme weakness and pain, with a slow metabolism. Exercising and even walking is hardly possible during these periods. And it only makes the problem worse. The only thing that seems to help is rest. Besides i'm am in too much pain, and too weak to do anything else.
I enjoy watching the Doctors show, because I like learning new things, especially to do with health and beauty. I like to find ways to feel, look, and be my best, under the circumstances.
It's nice to meet you all.

You're welcome---I didn't mention this but the chiropractor I used to see said an adjustment is a small workout in itself. AND please keep in mind it may take many appts to feel a difference that lasts. But in the end it is totally worth it.
