Sorry to hear you cannot take either the Cymbalta or the Lyrica. That is really tough!  These are two of the best! Cymbalta has worked well for me.Were you taking any other med at the time that could have caused the facial swelling?  So what do you take now for the fibro and for pain management?

Yes, I hurt lying down.  Hurts to lie on right thigh, tired of sleeping on left side (ruining my hair), try not to sleep on my stomach because it isn't good for my back, and sometimes to lie on my back hurts my butt.  Guess I need to learn to sleep standing up!

I try everything until I can finally get comfortable to sleep.  I rub in aromatherapy cream, in pain cream, pray, drink milk.  One of my daughters gave me a massage cushion that fits in your chair.  It massages different areas of your back and also has heat.  I lie on it.  I have found lying on this with heat and low massage and listening to instrumental Christian music works the best of anything I have tried so far.  I think she paid about $50 for it at the pharmacy or maybe Walmart.  I have found that any kind of exercise working around inside my home or outside in the dirt, visiting a shut-in, or just going for a quiet walk for 10 minutes help me sleep better at night and with less nighttime pain.  There is a vitamin called Melatonin that aids in sleep. Check it out on the web and then talk to your doctor or your pharmacist to see if it is right fotr you. Not resting at night makes it harder to cope with pain and stressors during the day-also bad for blood pressure.

The problem you are having with your picture is due to the underscore   _  at the end of the filename.  The name must end in either a letter or a number. Renaming the file before you upload it will correct the problem.
