About Me
I am a 52 years young woman who exercises to The Doctors TV every morning at 10 EST. I recently bought a treadmill and am on it for the duration of the show. I've lost 10 lbs in the month that I've had it. I'm on it every day 6 days per week, and weight train every other day. The Doctors have inspired me to get healthy and lose this weight once and for all. Thank you.
