When I was a child parents routinely made sure their kids caught common childhood diseases like chickenpox from whoever in the neighborhood had it.  The reason was, and still is, that if the child caught that disease later in life they would be deathly ill, maybe need hospitalizing or die.   I've seen teens, and adults, with chickenpox, and I'd not allow that to happen to my child.

Now.  When your vaccines WORK, they'll become a viable option.   Those vaccines wear off by the late teens, and then kids get deathly ill with these common childhood diseases.   These things were once mild specifically BECAUSE our MOTHERS had them as children, not some vaccine that wore off before they had children..  

No, I wouldn't spend $50 on lollipops through the mail.   Sounds like a pure scam, to me.   I DARE any criminal prosecutor or whatever to mess with me on it.
