Been a couple of weeks since I got on here to check with the "group." Been at the same 11 lb loss for over a month........got discouraged and starting eating food that's not on the diet. Just enough to satisfy the craving!!!!
Just got on the scale and expected to see weight gain and STILL have the 11lb loss!!! Happy about that, so maybe it would be worth starting Cycle 1 again.....Any ideas???????

I think that is a good idea. If you see the scale moving again I bet your motivation will come back.
On your question re: constipation............aside from laxatives (at bedtime) you might try Metamucil (or Equate)
store brand from Walmart....I take it EVERY day in the early afternoon and Thank God it works for me. With all
of the water we drink, it really helps. It says to use 3 times a day, I only use it once and then a lax at night. Good luck
