Well, I happen to be one who loves wedding soup, and thought heyyyy I can make up a recipe for that for this diet! So here it goes, but keep in mind, you can change things in order to meet the cycle you are on.
I dont have any real good measurements, but make it single serving in a pan. :)
Fat Free chicken broth
chicken strips cut into pieces
few leafs of fresh spinach
carrots cut into small pieces
2 eggs (or 3 egg whites depending on your diet)
fat free parm cheese
I boil the broth, and add the veggies (which can be whatever you like) and spinach. In approximately 5 to 10 min i add the eggs and stir with a fork to break them up into 'noodle' like pieces. I then add parmesian cheese to your taste on top, and stir.
Its pretty yummy and helps break up the monotany of all that chicken!
