Well today I had this sort of...gosh.what to eat differently for lunch day. I dont have the book yet, and have looked at oodles of recipes here, but seems the 'lunch' is the hardest to find. Loads for dinners and a few for breakfast. But with a little creativity, I've managed a few things! I'm holding out for one more weigh in tomrrow, and then on day 7!
I sure hope others are having good success too or if would like to share stories, i'm always open to that! Keep up the good work trying and dont give up!
