Hi Doctors,
Please help me I have a severe low back pain, and their is anesthetize in both my left and right legs reaches my legs fingers.
A pain management doctor told me that my pain rank is 7/10 so its very painful.
About my history, I did an MRI to my back and the report reported that I had a strong muscle spasm caused a disk between (L4-L5) and (L5-S1)Vertebrae.
I've visited many doctors they told me to have physio therapy and that will solve the case and I don't need to have any operation.
actually I had 20 physio therapy sessions but no change at all.
Note that I've asked the Physiotherapist if their is still any muscle spasm in my back, he said no, but I still have a severe pain and no changes.
please give me a hand am very tired and i cant live normally because of this pain.

i use to have back pain but when people are over weight you also can have back pain i lost 10 pounds and now i am pain free and i am not stoping so try to loose weight and you wont have the pain
actually i tried to send them by using "Ask our doctors " many times but they did'nt reply !!
It takes them a long time to reply because of the 1000's of questions, etc they receive daily. I wouldn't expect any response for a long time. Maybe you can try sending the question in again if you wanted to.
