Sometimes wearing tight clothes (pants or whatever) can contribute to it.  Don't know if this applies to you or not just letting you know!  I hope the pill works.  I'm glad it is only a pill you take.

i had to take one pill pray to goodness im so happy the pill was nasty. horrible taste ever. maybe i dont wear tight clothes often.. just im tiny and i need pants that fit. i wear size zero so.

Having a diet high in sugar and carbohydrates can cause yeast infections, eventually that type of diet causes diabetes too
