I went & got my weigh in done. This week has been long & hard. I did lose 6 1/2lbs this week. Which brings my total weight lose to 21 1/2lbs in 4 weeks. I craved sweets all week long. I didn't eat any however. I did chew alot of gum.I got that idea from the biggest loser show. I'm finding myself avoiding places just so I won't be tempted to eat anything. I excrise more now. I have been feeling like I have a little more energy to. So I'll keep you posted. Thank you for all of your support. :-)

KEEP GOING YOUR BODY is being "programmed for success" this is why so much weight NOW is coming off.
Dont mess it up with negative thoughts like "I am scared" etc YOU ARE SPOT ON!
