Never ending health issues

Hi all. It's been a while since I've been here. I'm dealing with alot of health issues right now. My legs are giving out on me. See I have circualtion problems in my legs. I'm suppose to wear compression hose for it, but most days my legs are already to swollen even before I get out of bed. I have severe osteo arthits that has eating a hole in my left leg & my left knee is just about bone on bone. Every step I take is pure agony. I have to use crutches to get out of bed in the am. I'm taking arthtis meds & I'm getting injections in my left leg. Which right now is only taking in edge off of the pain. There is a different injection I could get but of course the insurance won't cover it. I need sugery on my left leg, but of course I need to get at least approx 115lbs off of me. I'm approx 365lbs. The sugerion said it's to dangerous for me right now. I can barely walk, but yet I'm suppose to excrise. I'm in a really bad catch 22 situation right now. What I need is prayers that I can get this weight off so I can get my leg fixed. Thank you to who ever reads this.

Miley, read the symptoms on my profile.  You are probably severely vitamin D deficient.  Ask your doctor immediately for a vitamin D blood test.  Unfortunately, the more weight you carry, the harder it is for your body to utilize vitamin D, and, as you lose weight, you lose vitamin D, so you have a double whammy and will require a different kind of vitamin D replenishment therapy than others.  Tell your doctor to contact one or more of the vitamin D scientist/MD's on my profile to ask how to handle getting your vitamin D level to a healthy level given your weight.  I am "only" 20 pounds overweight, and, at the peak of my vitamin D deficiency, even I had swollen legs upon waking.  My legs were particularly swollen when I would sit for more than 5 minutes, and I became bedridden because my legs just wouldn't support me anymore.  Just ask for a vit D test.  It's called a 25(OH)D test.  Every 100 IU's will raise the blood level by about 1 ng/ml per the top vitamin D scientists/MD's, but, again, this might be different for you because of your weight.  Do look at my profile.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  Take care.
