I was wondering I read somewhere that artifical sweetners causes M.S. is this true?

Also is anyone haing trouble getting on this site? Sometimes when I log in it wants me to down load this quck time. Then it will completely freeze my computer.  I have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in and start all over. Has this happened to anyone else?
